Was not a good place too stay for us.

Was not a good place too stay for us. We moved 3 rooms in one day 1st room was way to noisy from cars on the street then they put us in too with a very bad oudor. Owner sad in was coming up the drain. The smell was not good. The 3rd was big however like sleeping on the road from the noise. Will never stay here again.

Clean room, Clean bathroom!

Clean room, Clean bathroom! Location is quite okay, 5-10 minutes walk from 2 different MRT stations. Very friendly staff. Good breakfast (no buffet but nice bread, jam, fruits, boiled egg).

Room was clean and spacious but very basic. Don't expect a nice romantic or cozy room. Although we were happy with everything I found it very overpriced (200 SGD per night), I expect a bit more for that price.

7 mins walk to MRT, good location very close to Songshan...

7 mins walk to MRT, good location very close to Songshan airport and food/massage areas. The owner of the hotel is also a pleasant person to ask for advice or having a chat. Spacious room size and bed is soft.

breakfast was very basic and almost the same everyday, the rooms on the main streets were noisy by planes or cars.

It's new, clean & sufficient for those travelers who...

It's new, clean & sufficient for those travelers who will be out most of the time & only use the room to sleep

The heating doesn't work the first night we were there so we were freezing. We only found out the next day that it's controlled by the front desk so second night was ok. Breakfast was average & service was slow as this was clearly a family run business so they were shortage of manpower

We enjoyed the very helpful staff, who went out of their way...

We enjoyed the very helpful staff, who went out of their way to assist us in locating subway stations, restaurants, or anything else that we needed. The location is also prime, very near to two different subway stations and subway lines. The rooms were cleaned daily and breakfast was delicious, varied, and filling. Don't hesitate in booking this hotel, it is a fantastic deal for your money.

밤되면 로비문 잠금.

밤되면 로비문 잠금. 사장이 로비에서 자고있다가 문두들기면 열어줌. 오고 나가는거 계속 감시되는 기분. 밤에 로비문이 잠겨있어서 안에서 나갈때도 잠겨있어서 열어달라고해야함. 불나면???. 사장은 친절함. 기분나쁜 미저리영화분위기 흐름.

i still don't understand Reason Why they lock the lobby door in the night time. for the safety?? u can not even go outside without the owners help unlocking the door in the night time. what happens if there's fire? feel like they are trying to figure out whether your inside room or out which freaks me out

The premises are brand new (refurbished), friendly staff, good location

Very noisy, hotel is close to a main road, acoustic insulation is very poor, even with earplugs, quantity served for breakfast should be a bit larger (don't be too hungry). Price defenitely too high if you take these incovenients into account.
